Youth leadership is at the core of HUGEM’s mission. Every year, our team organizes groundbreaking Innovation Conferences, leadership workshops, and philanthropic initiatives, equipping rising leaders across the globe with the interdisciplinary skillsets and professional networks that they need to succeed.
A GlobaL Community
Based in Cambridge, Massachusetts, our alumnus network extends from tech hubs in Silicon Valley to revolutionary educational programmes in Amritsar and Manila. With partners in more than 12 countries, we’ve connected with pioneers at the cutting edge of ecotechnology, international policy, neuroscience, and beyond. Our masterclasses are uniquely tailored to the interests of each and every student.

Hosted summer camps in Vietnam and the Philippines

Transformative Experiences
At HUGEM, we see education as a catalyst for change. Participants in our international conferences have gone on to pursue social innovation projects, apply their new technical skills in post-secondary schools, and implement change in their communities inspired by their HUGEM experience.
