  Late applications are not guaranteed a spot at HIC.

Faculty members who are interested in attending the conference either in part or in full to accompany your students may do so by submitting an application below. It is highly encouraged and expected that schools with more than three delegates send at least one faculty advisor.

2. Receive decision letter

Should you be accepted to HIC 2020, you will receive an acceptance letter. Please confirm your spot afterwards by paying the fees below.

3. Pay Fees

Conference Fees

The delegate and faculty advisor registration fees are inclusive of:

• Delegate Training Guides: Online guides designed by the directors of the conference to equip delegates with information and material to excel at the conference.

• Background Guides: Track specific Background Guides, authored by track directors and conference speakers, will help all delegates prepare better for the conference.

• Social & Conference Events: Entry to all conference events, including speeches, seminars, social events, competitions, and workshops.

• Meals and Snacks: Multiple meals and coffee breaks throughout the conference.

• Faculty Agenda: Engaging Faculty Advisor Agenda comprising of engaging workshops, social, and networking events. TBA.

• Taxes: 5% VAT

• Visa Assistance: International delegates will also receive assistance with visa processing. This will strictly be limited to providing the necessary government permission in the UAE.

Hotel Accommodations

This year, we are pleased to assist with hotel reservations for delegates choosing to stay at the Rove Healthcare City, Dubai.

The Rove Hotel will be available on a first-come, first-served basis and has a limited number of slots.

The Rove Healthcare City Hotel is the most convenient hotel for conference, as it is nearby to the state-of-the-art Ismaili Convention Centre. The hotel area is a short walk from the conference venue. Please email outreach@hgem.org if you would like to book accommodation for the conference.

Room rates per night:

Single Occupancy: AED 315
Double Occupancy: AED 360

All conference events will take place in the Ismaili Centre in Dubai. The air-conditioned center is a purpose-built, state-of-the-art convention facility in the heart of Dubai. It is the proud host of multiple heads of state and international delegations. It is 15 minutes from the heart of Dubai’s financial and commercial center and 10 minutes from Dubai International Airport.
