What are the HUGEM Summer Camps?
The HUGEM Social Innovation Summer Camp 2024 is a week-long comprehensive summer enrichment program that highlights social innovation workshops, community immersion, and problem-solving case studies. Through this camp, students will have an opportunity to collaborate with like-minded students on creating solutions on global issues in line with the Sustainable Development Goals and Social Innovation. At the end of the camp, students will present their social innovation projects to culminate what they learned in the program.
What is taught during HUGEM Summer Camps?
HUGEM Summer Camps consist of a combination of skill-building workshops, case study analysis, and team-building exercises. Throughout each camp, mentors are leading lessons in variety of skills, among them include Design Thinking and Building a Network. Mentors also guide participants through their social innovation project, providing insight from case studies introduced daily to each student.
